شروط استخدام OmniToolbox

بتثبيت OmniToolbox ("التطبيق") أو استخدامه فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها فلا تستخدم التطبيق.

1. ترخيص الاستخدام

يمنحك المطوّر ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزتك. لا يجوز لك إعادة بيع التطبيق أو تأجيره أو إعادة توزيع نسخ معدّلة منه أو إزالة إشعاراته. المكوّنات مفتوحة المصدر المضمّنة في التطبيق (مثل 7-Zip وlibarchive وFFmpeg) تخضع لتراخيصها الخاصة المعروضة داخل التطبيق.

2. الفترة التجريبية والأدوات المجانية والترخيص المدفوع

• تحصل التثبيتات الجديدة على فترة تجريبية مجانية للتطبيق كاملًا. عند انتهائها تبقى الأدوات المجانية تعمل، وتُقفل الأدوات الأخرى إلى أن يُفعَّل ترخيص.
• تُباع التراخيص عبر Lemon Squeezy بصفتها البائع المسجّل، وهي التي تتولى الدفع والضرائب والفواتير والاسترداد وفق شروطها. التراخيص مدى الحياة لا تنتهي؛ والتراخيص السنوية تتجدد إلى أن تُلغى من بوابة العملاء.
• مفتاح الترخيص شخصي. كل تفعيل يستهلك خانة جهاز واحدة، ويمكنك تحرير الخانة بإلغاء تفعيل المفتاح من داخل التطبيق.
• لا يُسمح بمحاولة تجاوز الفترة التجريبية أو التحقق من الترخيص، أو نشر المفاتيح علنًا، أو توليد المفاتيح، وقد يؤدي ذلك إلى تعطيل المفتاح.

3. الإعلانات

قد تعرض نسخة Android إعلانات (Google AdMob) إلى أن يُفعَّل ترخيص. راجع سياسة الخصوصية للتفاصيل.

4. الاستخدام على مسؤوليتك

يتضمن التطبيق أدوات قوية تحذف الملفات، وتغيّر إعدادات النظام، وتعدّل السجل، وتدير الأقراص والأقسام، وتكتب أقراص USB قابلة للإقلاع، وتوقف العمليات والخدمات، وما شابه. قد تسبب هذه الإجراءات فقدان بيانات أو عدم استقرار النظام إذا استُخدمت بشكل خاطئ.

• اقرأ رسائل التأكيد وخذ نسخة احتياطية من بياناتك المهمة قبل استخدام أدوات التنظيف والأقراص والسجل والإصلاح والحذف.
• أنت مسؤول عن طريقة استخدامك للأدوات، وعن امتلاكك الحق في تعديل الأجهزة والشبكات والملفات التي تستخدمها عليها.
• استخدم أدوات الشبكة (مثل فحص المنافذ أو التشغيل عن بُعد) فقط على الشبكات والأجهزة التي تملكها أو المسموح لك باختبارها.

5. إخلاء الضمان

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" و"حسب توفره" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك ضمانات القابلية للتسويق والملاءمة لغرض معيّن وعدم الانتهاك. لا يضمن المطوّر خلو التطبيق من الأخطاء، ولا استعادة بيانات معيّنة، ولا عمله على كل الأجهزة.

6. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمل المطوّر المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية، ولا عن فقدان البيانات أو الأرباح أو الاستخدام، الناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو تعذّر استخدامه. تقتصر المسؤولية الإجمالية للمطوّر على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل الترخيص خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة.

7. التحديثات والتغييرات

قد يتحقق التطبيق من وجود تحديثات ويعرضها عليك. قد تُضاف ميزات أو تُغيَّر أو تُزال. وقد تُحدَّث هذه الشروط؛ تُضمَّن النسخة الجديدة في التطبيق وتُنشر في الصفحة نفسها، واستمرارك في الاستخدام يعني قبولك بها.

8. الإنهاء

ينتهي حقك في استخدام التطبيق تلقائيًا إذا خالفت هذه الشروط. ويمكنك التوقف عن استخدامه في أي وقت بإلغاء تثبيته.

OmniToolbox Terms of Use

By installing or using OmniToolbox ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License to use

The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your own devices. You may not resell, rent or redistribute modified copies of the app, or remove its notices. Open-source components included in the app (such as 7-Zip, libarchive and FFmpeg) are covered by their own licenses, listed in the app.

2. Trial, free tools and paid license

• New installations get a free trial of the full app. When it ends, the free tools keep working and the other tools are locked until a license is activated.
• Licenses are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, taxes, invoices and refunds under its own terms. Lifetime licenses do not expire; yearly licenses renew until cancelled from the customer portal.
• A license key is personal. Each activation uses one device slot; you can free a slot by deactivating the key in the app.
• Trying to bypass the trial or the license check, sharing keys publicly or generating keys is not allowed and may lead to the key being disabled.

3. Ads

The Android version may show ads (Google AdMob) until a license is activated. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Use at your own risk

The app includes powerful tools that delete files, change system settings, edit the registry, manage disks and partitions, write bootable USB drives, stop processes and services, and similar. Such actions can cause data loss or make a system unstable if used incorrectly.

• Read the confirmations and back up important data before using cleaning, disk, registry, repair or deletion tools.
• You are responsible for how you use the tools and for having the right to modify the devices, networks and files you use them on.
• Use network tools (such as port scanning or Wake-on-LAN) only on networks and devices you own or are allowed to test.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The developer does not guarantee that the app is error-free, that it will recover any particular data, or that it will work on every device.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or use, arising from the use of or inability to use the app. The developer's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Updates and changes

The app may check for and offer updates. Features may be added, changed or removed. These terms may be updated; the new version will be included in the app and published on the same page, and continued use means you accept it.

8. Termination

Your right to use the app ends automatically if you break these terms. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
